I'm not perfect...
And I don't want to be.
I have a sweet tooth and enjoy chocolate. Perhaps a little too much as I have struggled with my weight in the past - particularly during and after pregnancy.
Add a high stress on top of that and you know what? It can be really hard to make healthy choices. So trust me, I know what it is like.
In my experience, the fewer decisions I have to make, the easier it is to make healthy choices. So I schedule in workouts and plan my meals ahead of time. Now, when I'm busy and stressed, I don't have to then decide what is for afternoon tea or dinner. But, I do still leave some room for chocolate of course!
